Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources, preferably in complex or high-growth organizations, with SaaS experience being a bonus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to quickly learn HR tech stacks like BambooHR, Lattice, Pave, Ethena, Ashby, and G-Suite.
The People Operations Generalist will contribute to optimizing HR processes and systems, maintain and update HR policies and documentation for compliance, and manage HR data for insights. They will support People Partners on HR projects, administer leaves of absence, manage exit and offboarding processes, assist with immigration documentation, and coordinate company-wide events, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
