The People Operations Generalist will manage payroll administration, onboarding procedures, separation processes, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure statutory compliance. They will handle benefits administration, play a key role in the POSH framework for India, supervise benefits programs, support HRIS systems, plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, manage compliance and statutory filings, support employee training and development programs, and assist with the recruitment process. Additionally, they will analyze and report on key HR metrics, including employee satisfaction, turnover, and engagement surveys.
