Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Operations or Talent Acquisition Specialist role, preferably in a corporate or global setting. Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS is required, along with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with recruiting metrics and data. Familiarity with scheduling tools and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will administer and configure the Greenhouse ATS, manage the intake and setup of new requisitions, and ensure accurate job postings and approvals. They will own the offer letter generation process, track and maintain hiring data, generate reports on recruiting performance, and partner with recruiters to schedule interviews. Additionally, they will provide backup sourcing support, collaborate on process improvements, and maintain documentation of workflows.
