We’re actively seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team on an ongoing contract basis. In this critical role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our recruiting function, managing and optimizing the day-to-day processes within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), supporting key recruiting workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for owning back-end system administration, managing offer workflows, processing new requisitions, supporting data reporting, and serving as a key resource for scheduling interviews and sourcing support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves driving efficiencies, project ownership, and supporting teams that move fast.

  • Contract term: Immediate need through April 2026
  • Hourly rate: $20-$24/hr
  • Location: US Remote

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the Greenhouse ATS administrator, responsible for all system configurations, updates, permission management, and troubleshooting
  • Manage the intake and setup of new requisition requests and ensure accurate job postings and approvals
  • Own the offer letter generation process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accuracy in documentation
  • Track and maintain key hiring data, generating regular reports and dashboards for recruiting performance, time-to-fill, and pipeline analytics
  • Partner with recruiters and coordinators to schedule interviews and support candidate experience
  • Act as a backup sourcing support to assist with building top-of-funnel candidate pipelines for high-priority roles
  • Collaborate with TA leadership to identify and implement process improvements across recruiting operations
  • Maintain documentation of workflows and provide support in onboarding new recruiting team members to Greenhouse and related tools

What We Value

  • 2+ years in a Talent Acquisition Operations or Talent Acquisition Specialist role, ideally in a corporate/global environment
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse is required; strong understanding of its capabilities and best practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with recruiting metrics and pulling data to support decision-making
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus
