Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated success in either the People function at a growth-stage start-up or were/are at a top consulting firm focused on People topics and have been promoted at least once. They must also have experience leading HR and talent projects involving mapping complex systems, gathering and analyzing data, making recommendations, and implementing effective, measurable solutions, along with the ability to build a great team culture, persuasively advocate for ideas, and gain buy-in from others.

Responsibilities

The People Lead will guide and execute the HR and talent strategy, benchmark the total rewards strategy, design new mechanisms to collect organization-wide feedback, analyze the People technology stack for efficiency and cost opportunities, serve as a program manager, content strategist, and part-time facilitator for the annual retreat, and support the Head of People in various HR and talent initiatives.
