We’re seeking a People Lead to play a key role in guiding and executing our HR and talent strategy as we scale to help over 250,000 Americans in the next two years. This role offers exposure to all aspects of HR, talent, and people operations, with mentorship from experienced leaders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in:
    • The People function at a growth-stage start-up, OR
    • A top consulting firm focused on People topics, with at least one promotion.
  • Experience leading HR and talent projects involving:
    • Mapping complex systems
    • Gathering and analyzing data
    • Making recommendations
    • Implementing effective, measurable solutions
  • Ability to build a great team culture, persuasively advocate for ideas, and gain buy-in from others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding, building, and executing the HR and talent strategy.
  • Benchmarking the total rewards strategy.
  • Designing new mechanisms to collect organization-wide feedback.
  • Analyzing the People technology stack for efficiency and cost opportunities.
  • Serving as a program manager, content strategist, and part-time facilitator for the annual retreat.
  • Supporting the Head of People in various HR and talent initiatives.
