Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to ExCom members and senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Go To Market departments, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop and execute people strategies that support departmental goals and align with the overall business vision
  • Support managers by providing coaching, tools, and resources to enhance leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and address talent gaps; work closely with People Team colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment in leadership development initiatives
  • Partner with department heads and Finance to design and implement initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness, enhance productivity, and support growth within the Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers within Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams to address workplace concerns, collaborating with People Team members to maintain a positive work environment and a culture of openness and respect
  • Collaborate with managers to identify high-potential talent, create succession plans, and guide career development and performance management initiatives within the Product, Engineering, and Go To Market teams
