Candidates should possess a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and international regulations, along with experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. They should be able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
The Global Payroll Implementation Manager will lead the successful implementation of clients on Deel’s global payroll system, working with the onboarding team and clients to organize kick-off meetings, create and maintain project plans, and deliver the roll-out of Global Payroll across numerous countries. They will support project review calls, manage project scope and schedule changes, define and set up client payroll processes, ensure timely payroll calendar management, and maintain detailed project documentation.
