Payroll Administrator

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in payroll and/or payroll tax and compliance, demonstrating a strong understanding of payroll tax laws and the payroll lifecycle. They should have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ADP Smart Compliance and Workday, and preferably hold CPP or FPC certifications.
The Senior Payroll Tax Analyst will be responsible for accurately completing and providing support for filing applicable payroll tax related returns and reports, consistently reviewing data for appropriate tax payments, maintaining accurate payroll tax data, ensuring accurate and timely payments, monitoring jurisdictional inquiries, independently performing audits, working with the Front End processing team to correct errors, reviewing fringe benefit processing, maintaining due date calendars and SOPs, seeking opportunities to add value, and performing miscellaneous projects as requested.
