The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of payroll tasks. They will also maintain and update detailed employee payroll files, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits deductions. Furthermore, this role involves ensuring tax compliance by calculating, withholding, and remitting payroll taxes, preparing payroll-related financial reports, supporting internal and external audits, and addressing employee payroll inquiries while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
