Position Overview

Remote is seeking a Payroll Communications, Content, and Training Specialist to join our Payroll team. This role is crucial for delivering outstanding payroll services to our employees and customers by managing payroll-related content, communications, and training programs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to navigate global employment compliantly.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development:
    • Create and manage payroll-related content for various platforms, including Notion, the website, and social media.
    • Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communications:
    • Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively disseminate payroll information.
    • Engage with and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Training:
    • Design and deliver training programs for various audiences on payroll processes, tools, and strategic initiatives.
    • Identify knowledge and skill gaps and create user-friendly guides, documents, and videos.
    • Facilitate learning sessions to address identified gaps.
  • Project Support:
    • Support payroll projects from inception to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, communications, or related fields.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (e.g., Notion, Zendesk).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
