Requirements

The Payroll Implementation Manager must have experience overseeing payroll system implementation and data migration, leading the full payroll implementation process, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Experience in defining and setting up payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, and managing client payroll calendars is necessary. The role requires maintaining detailed project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and system configurations for payroll, and managing go-live transitions and sign-offs. Experience with GL report mapping is also required.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kick-off meetings, delivering payroll implementations, and creating, maintaining, and managing project plans for client roll-outs. They will support project review calls, coordinate project streams, manage scope changes, and define/set up agreed client payroll processes. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and effective management of client payroll calendars, configuring systems for parallel and live payroll, documenting client-specific needs and processes, and generating reports to analyze, audit, and reconcile payroll data.
