Payroll Implementation Manager, Melis

The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems. Specific duties involve organizing kick-off meetings, delivering implementations, creating and managing project plans, supporting project review calls, coordinating project streams, managing scope changes, defining and setting up payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, managing client payroll calendars, maintaining project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, facilitating client sign-off, documenting client-specific needs and processes, and generating reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, including GL report mapping.
