The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience overseeing the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems. Responsibilities include leading and managing the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, proper system configuration, and seamless transitions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through setup and migration, and providing ongoing support and training. Specific duties involve organizing kick-off meetings, delivering implementations, creating and managing project plans, supporting project review calls, coordinating project streams, managing scope changes, defining and setting up payroll processes, establishing payroll and data requirements, managing client payroll calendars, maintaining project documentation, configuring interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, facilitating client sign-off, documenting client-specific needs and processes, and generating reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, including GL report mapping.
The Payroll Implementation Manager is responsible for organizing and running kick-off meetings, delivering implementations, and creating, maintaining, and managing project plans for successful client roll-outs. Additionally, they will maintain detailed project documentation, configure interfaces, reports, and systems for parallel and live payroll, facilitate client sign-off on projects, document client-specific needs and processes, and generate reports for payroll data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation, including mapping GL reports.
