The Payroll Implementation Manager should possess a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and international regulations, and demonstrate the ability to guide Deel’s most important clients through the critical payroll onboarding process. Strong experience in leading and supporting end-to-end payroll migration projects is essential, along with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
As the Payroll Implementation Manager, you will support Payroll Migrations by leading and supporting the end-to-end payroll migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity. You will conduct detailed country-specific training and knowledge transfer sessions for Deel Payroll Operations teams, coordinate with the Compliance team to secure approval and validation of the payroll engine, and act as a key contributor during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support to the Payroll Operations team following migration and create comprehensive country-specific documentation, including payroll workflows and compliance requirements.
