Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end, semi-monthly multi-state payroll, including off-cycle payments like bonuses and commissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include reconciling earnings, taxes, benefits, and 401(k) accounts, filing federal, state, and local payroll taxes, and statutory reports. The role involves auditing and improving payroll workflows, documenting processes, and serving as the payroll subject matter expert to resolve employee inquiries. Additionally, the specialist will partner cross-functionally on compensation projects affecting the company.
