Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical execution of multiple concurrently running “Coaching” projects, managing scope, value, and quality
  • Conduct quality assurance audits, host technical training calls, and provide troubleshooting support for partners and their clients
  • Own resolution plan for technical project roadblocks
  • Assess and design technical-focused partner enablement programs
  • Foster collaboration with teams including Services, Technical Support, Customer Education and Sales
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement projects to further refine the partner customer lifecycle
