Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new consulting and reseller partners aligned with UiPath’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring they are fully enabled
  • Exceed sales and revenue targets by leveraging partner relationships to drive indirect sales and unlock new markets
  • Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint business plans, focusing on co-selling, demand generation, and account mapping
  • Promote UiPath’s automation solutions through value-based selling, demonstrating financial and strategic benefits
  • Work with partners to co-create joint solutions tailored to specific verticals or customer needs
  • Facilitate solution and renewal quotes, supporting partners in upselling UiPath products and services
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations
  • Drive partner readiness through training sessions, enablement resources, and tailored guidance
  • Act as the bridge between UiPath, partners, and end customers for seamless collaboration
  • Advocate for partner needs within UiPath to ensure internal alignment and resource allocation
  • Conduct market assessments, partner performance analysis, and industry insights to refine strategies
  • Develop expertise in specific industries or geographies to align partner activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) for cohesive go-to-market execution
