The candidate should be a strategic, driven, and entrepreneurial leader with experience in building and scaling GSI and AI/ML consulting partner ecosystems. Experience developing deep partnerships with tier-1 consultancies and hyperscalers is required, along with a proven ability to drive significant partner-sourced revenue and position a company as a leading platform. Experience in developing partnership strategies, negotiating agreements, creating scalable frameworks for partner programs, and managing revenue generation and pipeline are essential. Familiarity with enterprise sales, account management, forecasting, deal registration, and territory/account planning is necessary. The role also requires experience in designing and delivering partner onboarding, technical training, and sales enablement programs, as well as conducting business reviews and developing joint go-to-market plays. Cross-functional collaboration with product marketing, marketing, customer success, product, engineering, legal, and finance teams is crucial. Understanding of AI observability market trends and competitive dynamics is also important.
The GSI/Consulting Partnerships Manager will build and expand strategic relationships with tier-1 GSIs and emerging AI-focused consultancies. They will develop and execute GSI partnership strategies aligned with go-to-market objectives and AI observability market expansion. The manager will negotiate and structure partnership agreements, create scalable frameworks for partner programs, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth. They will collaborate with sales and account management teams to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion, establish forecasting methodologies, and manage pipeline to achieve sales quotas. Additionally, they will design and deliver partner onboarding programs, technical training, and AI observability certifications, develop partner-specific sales enablement materials, and conduct regular business reviews. The role involves building joint go-to-market plays, creating and maintaining partner-facing documentation, and collaborating with various internal teams on joint value propositions, co-marketing campaigns, and product roadmap alignment. They will also monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging partnership opportunities, and represent Arize at industry events.
