Responsibilities

The Partner Operations Analyst will collaborate with Partner Relationship Managers to support daily operations, including issues, projects, and opportunities for Third Party Administrator partners. Responsibilities include leading audits and reconciliation efforts, creating ad hoc queries and reports, maintaining platform configurations, communicating project status, driving workflow efficiency improvements, documenting processes, mentoring new team members, and supporting member support and customer success teams. The role also involves collaborating on system enhancements, becoming a subject matter expert for plan design configuration, understanding account structure, eligibility, and accumulator requirements, validating system configurations, monitoring engineering operations, troubleshooting claims adjudication processes, supporting new partner integrations, and interfacing with partner technical resources.
