This role manages all aspects of TPA sponsored plans, focusing on maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients to contribute to increased profitability. Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home. Must work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact for specific sponsored plans.
  • Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with sponsors, other customers, and internal functional units (money in, money out, technical services).
  • Participate in relationship management with plan sponsors and customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, record keeping, and operations staff to ensure plan alignment.
  • Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
  • Directly resolve complex service and communications issues with customers.
  • Identify and assist with plan retention opportunities, sponsors, distribution, and TPAs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience

  • 3+ years of financial services industry experience.
  • Customer Service experience/skills.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience

  • SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or completed upon hire.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Compensation Pay Disclosure

Voya is committed to fair and equitable pay, offering comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The annual base salary range for this position is $48,180 - $80,320 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (e.g., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives.

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within specific locations and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary based on the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated.
