Candidates should possess at least 3 years of financial services industry experience and customer service skills, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent. SPARK/ARPS certification is also preferred, and should be completed upon hire.
The Plan Manager-TPA will serve as the primary customer contact for sponsored plans, resolve service and communication issues, participate in relationship management with plan sponsors and customers, collaborate with various teams to ensure plan alignment, contribute to product development and process improvement efforts, identify and assist with plan retention opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned.”} ID: 1234567
