The Partner Support Specialist will review and respond to internal escalation requests, perform data entry and processing for major partners, and contact partners to resolve issues affecting client, patient, and partner experiences. They will manage tasks in the Phil dashboard to ensure accuracy and speed of patient requests, place inventory orders, review script-level issues, triage and resolve order-related escalations, and collaborate with Partner Performance Managers and team members to meet company goals.
