Candidates must possess a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and have at least 2 years of experience configuring and developing complex technologies, including integrations and portals. Preferred qualifications include relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations or any ServiceNow Implementation certification. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult is also required.
The Technical Consultant will serve as the functional and technical expert for customer engagements, configuring ServiceNow Security Operations products according to best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting Security Operation process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis through customer workshops, advising clients on leveraging the ServiceNow Security Operation Solution's standard capabilities, and leading design workshops focused on the ServiceNow Platform and Security Operation Solution technology. The role also involves guiding customers in completing technical documentation, drafting user stories and acceptance criteria, leading technical aspects of project delivery, developing integration components, and preparing customer-facing deliverables, while managing multiple complex projects and promoting continuous improvement.
