As a Partner Experience Business Analysis Manager, you will act as the primary functional lead for PRM initiatives, driving the design and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud portals tailored for global partner ecosystems. You will lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud portals for partner onboarding and enablement, manage complex partner lifecycle processes, and implement advanced PRM features such as deal registration and partner billing. Furthermore, you will collaborate with global business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and recommend process improvements, ensuring alignment with Salesforce platform capabilities.
