Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience providing clinical psychiatry services, be comfortable integrating technology into their practice, and demonstrate clinical competence in psychopharmacology and evidence-based practices. Familiarity with current research and various technology applications, including Google web-apps and video conferencing, is essential. Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week is mandatory, with night and weekend flexibility being a plus.
The Psychiatrist will provide high-quality, innovative tele-psychiatry to Headspace patients via a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform. Responsibilities include completing and signing clinical case notes within 24 hours of each session, maintaining a personal database for licensure information, and staying current with clinical leadership communications. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health coaches and therapists, and participating in weekly team meetings and consultation groups.
