Zinnia is seeking a data-obsessed Performance Marketing Specialist who excels at translating performance metrics into actionable media decisions. This role involves hands-on paid media execution, with a strong focus on SEM, channel attribution, reporting, and insights. You will manage and optimize search campaigns, test new paid channels, and contribute to building the infrastructure for understanding performance across platforms and funnel stages. Your work will be instrumental in evolving our reporting and attribution approach to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), optimize spend, and support smarter growth decisions.
