Requirements

Candidates should have 1-2 years of hands-on experience producing Meta Ad creatives, either in-house or at an agency, and possess a portfolio showcasing full-funnel ad concepts with measurable performance results. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and at least one rapid production tool like Figma or Canva is required, along with strong copywriting skills for conversion-oriented copy and a solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager creative specs and performance-creative fundamentals. Basic video editing skills for Reels and Stories, experience with storyboards, and familiarity with UGC-style ads are considered nice to have.

Responsibilities

The Ad Creative Freelancer will create multiple ad variations, including static, carousel, and Reels/Stories formats, translating branding into Meta-ready ad units. They will write ad copy following Meta best practices, build and export ad creative assets to Meta specifications, and rapidly produce mocks and prototypes using design tools. Responsibilities also include presenting creative concepts with rationale, collaborating with media buyers on A/B testing and creative iteration based on performance data, participating in post-campaign reviews, and staying updated on Meta advertising policies and platform specifications.
