Candidates should possess 4-7 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and display campaigns in high-growth B2C or marketplace environments, with a proven track record of beating ROAS/CAC targets on Meta and at least one of TikTok, Pinterest, or Criteo/retargeting DSPs. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools, and familiarity with GA4, MMM, media mix testing, or CDP-driven personalization are required.
The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for building quarterly channel roadmaps, audience frameworks, and testing calendars, launching, monitoring, and scaling campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Criteo, continuously refining targeting, creative mix, and bidding to improve ROAS and CAC. They will also own weekly pacing, conduct deep-dive post-campaign analyses, and attribution modeling, partner with creative teams on ad concepts, evaluate new ad formats and emerging platforms, and translate results into clear stories for non-marketers.
