Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience running paid ads for e-commerce brands, hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), strong organizational skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfort working with CRMs and documenting processes. It is also beneficial to have experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads, previous experience working remotely and independently, and an interest in e-commerce, DTC brands, and digital advertising.
The Paid Media Analyst will assist in managing paid social campaigns for e-commerce clients, primarily across Meta platforms, collaborate with Senior Account Managers on campaign setup, tracking issues, and performance analysis, monitor ads daily, flagging issues and proposing creative or strategic optimizations, communicate with clients, troubleshoot problems, and escalate as needed, and learn and follow internal workflows with the goal of managing their own accounts within the first year.
