Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of work experience in customer service, preferably with sales experience and industry knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience. They should demonstrate proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, and possess an understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
As an Account Manager, the individual will actively sell and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new business opportunities within their assigned territory, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. They will be the key customer contact, identifying needs, managing expectations, and resolving issues through proactive communication, while also staying up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends. Responsibilities include soliciting sales opportunities, closing on sale opportunities, managing leads and customers in the CRM system, and preparing various reports and correspondence as required. Furthermore, they will develop programs based on customer needs, conduct customer business reviews, introduce new product expansions, and perform other duties as needed.
