Requirements

Highschool Diploma or equivalent
2-year technical degree or better preferred (preference for fluid power programs or similar disciplines such as industrial technology, mechanical or related); OR combination of work experience, training and education
Fluid Power Certification preferred, but not required
2+ years of industrial sales experience (preference for experience within fluid power)
Previous sales experience selling mobile hydraulic service/repair preferred
Experience with rebuilding and repair of hydraulic equipment of both mobile and industrial machinery is a plus
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Demonstrated experience achieving and/or exceeding sales goals
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency
Valid driver's license
Ability to make on-site customer visits in industrial settings, drive moderate to long distances, and lift items weighing as much as 50lbs
Willingness to travel overnight as required

Responsibilities

Work with manager to create a sales plan to develop new customers and maintain existing accounts
Successfully build and maintain long-term business relationships
Perform full cycle prospecting activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
Regularly make in-person sales calls to existing customers and new prospects
Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
