Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will break into new companies and markets by engaging with prospects through a multi-channel, value-based approach to build relationships and drive brand awareness. They will achieve and exceed monthly goals for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline. The role involves becoming proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and other systems for workflow execution. Responsibilities include researching accounts to identify value propositions and executing outbound dials, personalized emails, and social selling. The SDR will also partner with Account Executives to create account strategies, territory plans, and successfully generate new business opportunities.
