Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have at least 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of general work experience. Previous outbound call center experience, working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto-dialer, or using scripts is preferred. Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously are necessary. For remote work, verified and reliable internet service with 10MB upload/download ability is required, along with a quiet workspace and company-provided equipment. A successful background check is also a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

The Outbound Call Center Representative will contact Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plan members via phone to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. They will make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer, follow approved scripts, respond to rebuttals persuasively, and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Responsibilities include meeting daily productivity and quality goals, adjusting appointments, monitoring performance metrics, reporting member complaints, participating in coaching, and adhering to HIPAA and other privacy guidelines when handling protected health information.
