Responsibilities

Provide ongoing training for all colleagues within Warehouse and Meat Production operations, including all shifts and all temperature zones
Retrain associates identified as not meeting performance standards, reinforcing essential skills to improve safety, competence, and productivity
Oversee training including Onboarding and Orientation, UMS, and Training on the Production Floor
Supervise the day-to-day administration of policies and practices at assigned location
Recommend program changes or enhancements to meet human resource requirements
Assist in People Pillar activities and ensure compliance
Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations
Help ensure HR Department is prepared for HR Audit
Develop new training methods to deliver training to all associates within the facility
Identify areas to improve processes and reduce errors and develop training to support those objectives
Make employment decisions based on learning and development or consistent performance
Deliver training on warehouse and Meat Production including receiving, put away, shipping and packing; safety; business systems, etc
