They must be able to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues at the store when necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
The Operations Manager will lead and supervise the store crew, assign activities, and effectively communicate with store crews and supervisors. They will support the Store Manager in driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service, managing sales and inventory, overseeing employee staffing and training, and maintaining financial management. Additionally, they will assist customers with their needs, promote CVS customer service culture, and contribute to operational and service improvement plans.
