Requirements

Candidates should possess a four-year degree or equivalent experience, demonstrating strong leadership ability to engage and motivate others. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. The role requires the ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms, and to read and interpret policies and procedures for system operations.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will foster a "safety first" culture through awareness, training, and accountability, and establish themselves as an engaging and inclusive leader responsible for team productivity, growth, and development. They will create a positive work environment by providing real-time feedback, executing operational plans with urgency, achieving performance and budget goals, and keeping teams informed. The manager will innovate new approaches to processes for efficiency, optimize future process flow, find root causes of problems, and support calculated risk-taking and testing. They will also assist teams in meeting their business goals.
