The Operations Manager will lead and work effectively with store crews, supervising and directing their activities. They will communicate information openly and timely to the store crew and supervisors, and support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements. This role involves assisting customers with questions, problems, and complaints, and promoting the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.
