The Operations Manager will lead and supervise store crews, assigning and directing activities to ensure effective operations. They will communicate information openly and timely to store teams and supervisors. This role involves supporting the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements, assisting customers with inquiries and issues, and promoting the CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers. The Operations Manager is responsible for overall store management, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, development, financial management, and customer service leadership.
