Requirements

Strong analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and ideally SQL, along with problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills, are crucial. A one-hour commute from Lime's San Francisco Warehouse is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will own and manage their market to achieve operating metrics and KPIs, using data to identify trends and improve processes. They will lead warehouse operations, ensuring excellence in health, safety, quality, and environmental standards, and partner with Facilities and EHS teams to implement safety protocols and enhance quality management. This role involves being the operational expert for the region, championing operational excellence, and advising cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The manager will define and implement an operations strategy for vehicle deployment and operation, including workforce planning and competitor monitoring. They will also attract and develop operational talent for their region, manage warehouse staff, plan hiring, onboarding, and training, and oversee employee scheduling and task deliverables. Representing Lime in partnership with Government Relations, the manager will meet with local officials, business owners, and customers to ensure regulatory compliance and build relationships. Spearheading safety initiatives for riders and vehicles is a key responsibility, alongside creating a positive, inclusive, and safe workplace.
