Ensure the New York office is clean, stocked, and operational (20%)
Own office logistics, supplies, visitor experience, and support an upcoming office move (20%)
Coordinate team events, celebrations, swag, and engagement programs that foster connection across offices (10%)
Support internal communications and feedback loops to continuously improve the employee experience (10%)
Deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new hires across NY and SF, including Day 1 logistics, scheduling, and in-person support (10%)
Coordinate onboarding communications, account setup, and monthly onboarding cohorts (10%)
Manage interview scheduling and candidate logistics across phone, video, and onsite interviews (30%)
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, timely, and positive candidate experience (30%)
