Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas, is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with financial data, capacity models, and operational KPIs is required, as are excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. Preferred qualifications include experience in Professional Services or SaaS environments, familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, SQL knowledge, and understanding of sales, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
The Operations Business Analyst will develop and maintain Excel-based data models for Global Services Capacity Planning and perform in-depth analysis of Revenue Actuals vs Budget to identify trends, variances, and insights. This role involves owning and managing all operational datasets to ensure accuracy and availability for reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data inputs and outputs, and creating dashboards and reports to support strategic planning and operational efficiency. The analyst will also proactively identify data gaps and recommend process improvements for data quality and reporting capabilities.
