Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, and experience working in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred, though not required. They must be able to stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift, lift up to 49 pounds, and have general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications.

Responsibilities

The Operations Associate will pick and pack items for dispatch to customers, receive and unpack pallets of product from vendors while ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies, manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders, clean and organize the sales floor and facility, manage waste and spoilage through FIFO practice, contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items, handle and scan product, operate equipment such as carts and pallet jacks, handle products containing tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol, work in freezer locations, prepare quality beverages and food menu items, ensure accuracy of packaged food and beverages, follow health and safety guidelines, and maintain kitchen facility organization.
