Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience, including middle and/or back-office operations at a buy-side organization that invests in private, highly structured transactions, such as a private equity or private credit alternative asset management firm or investment bank. Experience with Advent Geneva and Eze Castle is preferred, along with experience negotiating ISDA terms and agreements. Strong communication, presentation, and Excel skills are also required.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Associate, you will be involved in several facets of operations, including private investment execution, counterparty management, pipeline and other cash management functions, and reporting and investment performance/analysis deliverables. You will work on a team that focuses on deal execution for our U.S. private investing activities, managing pipelines, settling transactions, monitoring positions, and handling exits and restructurings. Additionally, you will be responsible for risk reporting, commodity hedging, bank account management, coordination with counterparties, implementing internal controls, setting up new investments, identifying operational efficiencies, supporting investor relations, and assisting with reporting and special projects.
