Nursing Verification & Support Coordinator - EST Hours (Remote) at A1M Solutions

The role requires working EST hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST, which is 15:00 to 24:00 South African time, subject to change due to daylight savings.

Yes, this is a fully remote role. It requires a fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speeds supporting wired Ethernet, plus a reliable power backup for outages.

Key requirements include strong critical thinking and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, high attention to detail, and being tech-savvy with scheduling systems. Previous experience in healthcare administration, scheduling, quality assurance, or operations support is highly advantageous.

You will work with scheduling software including Cubhub, Quickbase, and Excel to maintain accurate data.
