Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with at least 10 weekly hours of availability, and they should be comfortable providing remote sessions, including weekends and evenings. They are expected to complete at least six follow-up visits with patients and maintain an NPS score of 80% or higher. Furthermore, contractors are required to carry professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Registered Dietitian Contractor, you will provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions to patients, documenting care in an electronic medical record, and supporting patients in accessing and utilizing SNAP benefits, affording and purchasing groceries digitally through Foodsmart’s marketplace, and building healthier eating and shopping habits for life. You will also assist patients in reducing the risk of chronic disease and tackling the root causes of food and nutrition insecurity, ultimately helping members stretch their food dollar and achieve sustainable behavior change.
