Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Cancer Biology, or Biological Sciences. They must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage complex tasks efficiently under time constraints. A high degree of detail-orientation with a commitment to accuracy and consistency is essential, along with self-motivation and the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively. A passion for making an impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment is also required. Experience reviewing hematology/oncology clinical records and critically evaluating clinical trials are preferred qualifications, as is basic knowledge of generative AI.
The Jr. Clinical Trials Data Specialist will review patient clinical records to determine clinical trial matches and independently manage clinical trial workflows, adapting to changing priorities. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized clinical reports, synthesizing information from multiple data sources and systems to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with requirements. The role involves supporting ongoing and future projects, contributing to a dynamic work environment through flexibility and responsiveness, and performing other assigned duties.
