Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or have equivalent technical experience. Experience with data analysis and data quality principles, particularly with healthcare data such as claims and clinical data, is necessary. The role also requires the ability to communicate data quality analysis findings to customers using tools like Excel, a detail-oriented mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the adaptability to evolving technologies and healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

The Data Quality & Integration Analyst will be responsible for learning population health concepts and developing skills in data monitoring and analysis. This role involves ingesting and integrating healthcare data, ensuring high-quality and high-trust data for customers, and supporting customer success in value-based care initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing, analyzing, and integrating large volumes of healthcare data, balancing data quality and analysis during customer implementations and post-implementation monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams such as Account Management, Data Engineering, and Implementation Management. The analyst will also be expected to learn new tools and technologies as Arcadia evolves its technology stack and cloud practices, and eventually take ownership of key data quality and monitoring processes, interacting directly with customers to explain data nuances and resolutions.
