Responsibilities
As a Staff Data Analyst at Headway, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, collaborating with partner teams to identify data needs and operational improvements, building dashboards and other data-driven tools, and contributing to the development of data infrastructure and insights across the organization. You will also assist in educating the company on data utilization and promoting a data-driven culture.
