Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Coles stakeholders, including buyers and category managers
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and shape actionable strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align and execute business objectives
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional plans to maximise brand visibility and profitability in-store
  • Monitor account performance, including forecasting, promotional ROI, and inventory management
  • Deliver regular performance updates and market insights to internal stakeholders and leadership
