Requirements

Candidates should possess an ICT-related Bachelor's level of knowledge, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as MS Office, Intune, Azure Active Directory, Windows OS, and hardware settings, along with generic knowledge of networks. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar L2/L3 support function is required, preferably with Microsoft Certificates on specific products. Knowledge and experience in L2/L3 Workplace processes and PowerShell are also necessary. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, a service-oriented mindset, and the capacity to drive and implement technical projects independently using Unit4 policies are essential.

Responsibilities

The Modern Workplace Support Engineer will manage multiple IT areas, including End User Computing and L2/L3 Service Support, by resolving user tickets and maintaining EUC applications and systems. This role involves designing and implementing digital workplace solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other O365 apps, and supporting hybrid work environments. Responsibilities include integrating cloud technologies, automating workflows with PowerShell and Power BI, ensuring compliance and security across digital workspaces, and preparing and running changes and configuration management on IT systems. The engineer will also collaborate with other internal departments and external vendors, and participate in local and global IT projects, potentially working in shifts and stand-by.
