Candidates should have at least three years of experience managing End-User Compute (EUC) in a large, multinational organization, supporting both on-premise and remote workforces. Extensive hands-on experience administering Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft InTune, including Workspace ONE UEM and Workspace ONE Access, is required. Expert-level knowledge of macOS, Windows, and Android client platforms is essential, along with familiarity with zero-touch deployment tools like Apple Business Manager, APNS, VPP, and Microsoft AutoPilot. The ability to script and develop using PowerShell or Python for automation is necessary, as is working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access Policy and Device Compliance configuration. Experience with Agile and ITIL processes, and related tools such as ServiceNow, is also required. Nice to have skills include experience managing line-of-business devices, supporting a cloud-based IT infrastructure, implementing CIS Benchmarks or other security frameworks, and relevant ITIL or Microsoft/Omnissa/VMware certifications.
The Endpoint Management Engineer will manage the day-to-day configuration and monitoring of mobile-device management (MDM) and endpoint management (EMM) tools, including Microsoft InTune and Omnissa Workspace ONE. They will develop, test, and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and applications for a diverse fleet of devices. This role involves serving as an escalation point for issues, documenting and training stakeholders on EUC-related processes, and conducting regular reviews of the EUC estate to ensure compliance and develop remediation plans. Participation in after-hours on-call rotations is also part of the responsibilities.
