Requirements

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables, is essential. Familiarity with HTML or Braze is a strong plus. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively. Startup experience is considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, including intake, quality assurance, setup in internal systems and Braze, launch, and monitoring. They will ensure timely and error-free campaign launches by coordinating with Business Development and Customer Success teams. This role involves QA of campaign inputs such as copy, tracking links, images, and tags, proactive flagging and resolution of issues, and monitoring campaign pacing and performance to identify delivery risks. The specialist will also partner with Customer Success Managers for real-time troubleshooting, maintain and improve process documentation, manage the Marketplace content calendar, and support the Lifecycle Marketing team in deploying push campaigns.
