Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and project support for client's Middleware environment, including both COTS and home-grown application solutions
  • Work on a team that provides 24x7x365 days-a-year coverage for the Middleware environment
  • Perform on-call support as required
  • Provide support for US-restricted and non-restricted Middleware infrastructure
  • Perform knowledge transfer duties for more senior team members, thoroughly documenting information turned over
  • Create process documentation that is usable by yourself and other team members
